Initial Inquiry

Needs Assessment
We conduct a brief assessment to understand your current situation, housing history, and support needs — so we can match you to the right level of the program.
Program Placement
Based on your assessment, we identify the right housing tier and support level. We'll walk you through what to expect and answer any remaining questions.
Move In & Begin
Once placement is confirmed, you move in and begin your individualized plan. Your case manager will be with you from day one.
