Our mission is to provide structured, supportive housing for men experiencing housing instability — equipping them with the stability, services, and accountability they need to build independent, fulfilling lives. We believe that when men are given a real foundation and genuine support, they rise to meet it.

Our story
How Next Phase Housing Came to Be
Next Phase Housing grew out of a recognition that the existing housing landscape was leaving too many men behind — particularly those transitioning from incarceration, shelter systems, or periods of chronic instability. The options were often too rigid, too sparse, or too disconnected from the real support people needed to stay housed.
We set out to build something different: a tiered program that meets men where they are, pairs housing with genuine case management, and creates a clear pathway toward independence. Not a warehouse. Not a revolving door. A real next phase.
We are looking to serve men from across the housing spectrum — from those in acute crisis to those who simply need a stable, structured environment to get back on their feet. Every resident has a story. Every story matters.
